Mary Katherine Moorman Wessel, 87, of Vallonia, died Thursday morning, Dec. 20, 2012, at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Wessel; a brother, Arthur (Betty) Moorman of Cortland; children, Susan (Mike) Vaal of Kenosha, Wis., Jane (Harold) Long of Moline, Ill., John (Vickie) Wessel of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Bill (Melanie) Wessel of Dayton, Ohio, and Nancie Hodge of Kettering, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Voss Chapel in Seymour with Pastor David Tobias officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery, Borchers, 10792 N. County Road 210E, Cortland.
