Hazel Clodean Pendleton, 67, of Maple Street, died at 4:20 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2012, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Hazel was a Certified Nursing Assistant at Bartholomew County Hospital.
She enjoyed her grandkids, working word finds, and wildlife, especially red birds.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Mike Gordon officiating.
Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Born in La Porte, April 16, 1945, Hazel was the daughter of Hubert and Elsie Rains Lowe.
She is survived by children, Lisa (Tom) Pendleton Greene and Tony Pendleton, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Skyler Strong, Elijah Pennington, Derick Pendleton, Aaron Pendleton, Joshua Morris and Heather Pendleton; a stepgranddaughter, Rebecca Greene; great-grandchildren, Peyton and Kia Strong, Mekenzie and Brody Pendleton and Bentley Pendleton; stepgreat-grandchildren, Destiny and Robbie Arthur; also survived by Shannon, Brittany, Michaela, Rachel, Ashley, Josey and Jaythen; sisters, Gladys (Bill) Lovins of Seymour, Perna (Ron) Reed of Clarksville, Tenn., and Ann (Rick) Jackson of Columbus; brothers, Harley Lowe of Knoxville, Tenn., and Don, Allen, Hobart and Willard Lowe, all of Columbus.
Mrs. Pendleton was preceded in death by her father, Hubert Lowe; her mother, Elsie Partenheimer; sisters, Jane Lowe and Josephine McMillan; and a brother, Ernie Lowe.
