Jonathan Wade Nicholas, 42, of North Willa Way, died at 2:06 a.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Calling will be from 11:30 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Survivors include his parents, Itly Jerald and Wanda Carol Baise Nicholas of Columbus; and a stepbrother, Jerry (Kim) Nicholas of Brown County.
