Gretta L. Bromwell, 86, of Red Hawk Court, died at 7:50 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Silver Oaks Health Campus.
Gretta owned and operated Brad's Furniture Gallery. She was a member of New Hope Christian Church and was a world traveler.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay with John Sichting officiating. Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday and from 1 p.m. until time of the service Sunday at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home. Burial will be at Vevay Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Vevay Church of Christ.

Born in Madison July 9, 1926, Gretta was the daughter of Charles D. and Lelia M. Allen Pratt. She married Bradley Bromwell August 25, 1969.
Survivors include her husband, Bradley Bromwell of Columbus; a son, Patrick (Phyllis) Collier of Vevay; a daughter, Ann Bromwell (Floyd Hubbard) of Columbus; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lee Ann Moore; and a brother, Charles A. Pratt.
