Gerald Wayne Wentworth, 74, of North Vernon, died at 3:06 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013, at his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Dunning Wentworth; three sons, Gary (Karen) Wentworth and Larry Wentworth, both of Vevay, and Tommy (Lachelle) Wentworth of Lafayette, Tenn.; three sisters, Ada Aldred of Vevay, Barbara Voris of Greenwood and Janet Wentworth of Cross Plains; 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Timmy and Gerald Lee Wentworth, and a daughter, Tammy Ann Wentworth.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at First Christian Church in North Vernon with the Rev. Anthony Sweeney officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be at Salem Cemetery in Cross Plains.
Memorials may be made through Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon to First Christian Church or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
