George “Ed” Craig, passed away on Saturday, January 19 2013. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda; his children, Thomas Craig (Malvina) of Scottsburg, Mark Craig (Karla) of Columbus, Carol Burch (Richard) of Scottsburg and Steven Craig of Louisville; eight grandchildren, Matthew Craig, Derek Craig (Hannah), Adam Craig (Brandy), David Craig, Marie Guzman (Felix), Amy Burch, Katie Burch, Eddie Craig; and three great-grandchildren, Piper Craig, Dexter Craig and Leo Guzman.

Born July 9, 1934 in Scottsburg, Ed was a charter member of the Finley Twp Volunteer Fire Department and was a retiree of American Can. A member of Zoah Christian Church, in recent years Ed enjoyed playing euchre, fishing, riding his John Deere Tractor and watching westerns.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday January 22, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Stewart & Hoagland Funeral Home in Scottsburg. Visitation will be Monday, 4 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
