Raymond A. Velica, 57, of North Vernon, died at 7:08 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
He is survived by his parents, Adalberta and Doris Velica of Centerville; and a brother, Frank Velica of Richmond.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service in North Vernon with the Rev. Ron Ford officiating. Calling will be from 12:30 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cub Scouts of America through the funeral home.
