Jeffrey Dean Hart, 45, of Columbus, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013, at his home.
Survivors include his mother, Jane Elizabeth Sharp Hart of Columbus; a sister, Melissa J. (William) Burton of Columbus; and a grandmother, Anna E. Sharp of Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Roscoe Hart.
Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh. There will be no funeral service. Cremation is planned.
