North Indianapolis Road
Ruby Dunham, 90, of North Indianapolis Road, died at 9:20 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2013 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mrs. Dunham retired from Cummins Engine Company and was a member of Columbus Baptist Church. She enjoyed her time with family and friends, singing and her flowers.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Charles Kennedy and the Rev. Jerry K. Day Sr. officiating.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until service time Tuesday.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Columbus Baptist Church Building Fund.

Born in Liberty, Kentucky August 15, 1922, Mrs. Dunham was the daughter of Thomas and Allie Brown Hundley. She married James "Robert" Dunham December 7, 1939. He preceded her in death November 24, 2007.
She is survived by her children, Eleanor (Walt) Whittington of Columbus, Dixie (Jerry) Russell of Columbus, Marvin (Beckie) Dunham of Scottsburg, and Joyce (Dennis) Cochran of Columbus; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; her caregiver, Karen Pierce of Hope; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Mrs. Dunham was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sons, Carroll and Richard Dunham; a granddaughter, Rhonda Carol Dunham; and 13 brothers and sisters.
