Donna F. Garrison, 75, of Edinburgh, died at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mrs. Garrison was a member of Mount Auburn Christian Church in Shelby County and was a farm wife. She enjoyed spending time with her family and special companion, Maggie, mowing the yard and tending to her flowers.
She was an avid NASCAR fan, particularly of Tony Stewart.
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh with the Rev. Bryan Trotter officiating. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Blue River Community Foundation.
Born in Shelby County Feb. 11, 1938, Mrs. Garrison was the daughter of Roy E. Muldoon and Mabel Catherine Stillabower Muldoon. She married Don R. Garrison Sept. 5, 1957. He preceded her in death Aug. 22, 2003.
Survivors include a son, David (Melissa) Garrison of Shelby County; a daughter, Karen Garrison Denton of Shelby County; grandchildren, Amanda Denton, Chris (Dawn) Denton, Danielle Garrison, Kellie Garrison, Kacie Garrison and David Garrison Jr., all of Shelby County; great-grandchildren, Cayden Denton and Trey Garrison; and a sister, Velma Lain of Shelby County.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Cecil Muldoon, Darrel Muldoon, Irven Muldoon and Russell Wayne Muldoon.
