Donna Dinn, 59, of Edinburgh, died at 2:37 a.m. Sunday, April 28, 2013, at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Dinn was formerly employed by Cracker Barrel restaurant and at Holiday Inn. She was a member of Whosoever Will Community Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and playing bingo.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Whosoever Will Community Church, 623 S. Eisenhower Drive, Edinburgh, with the Rev. Lewis Burton officiating. Calling will be at the church from 4 to 8 p.m.Tuesday and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Arrangements were made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
Born in Bartholomew County January 31, 1954, Mrs. Dinn was the daughter of James Hancock and Mabel Burton Hancock.
She is survived by a son, Anthony (Sarah) Dinn of Edinburgh; her companion, Eric Moore of Edinburgh; a granddaughter, Keeley Dinn of Edinburgh; brothers, James "Snooter" (Juanita) Hancock, Valley (Shirley) Hancock, Gene (Tammy) Hancock, Joe Hancock and Steve Hancock, all of Edinburgh; a sister, Karen (David) Harmon of Edinburgh; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jackie L. "Jack" Hancock; and sisters, Judy Hancock and Margie Allender.
