Dymphna "Dee" A. Perry, 77 of West Lowell Road died at 8:17 p.m., Thursday, May 9, 2013 at the Columbus Regional Hospital emergency room.
Dee came to the United States in 1948 from Belgium and still has relatives living in Belgium.
She retired from Cummins Engine Company and later retired from Applied Laboratories, and was a member of New Hope Christian Church and the Ogala Saddle Club.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with John Sichting, Roy Hendershot and Dan Sipple officiating.
Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and 12:30 p.m. to time of service Tuesday.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.

She was born in Polingcove, Belgium on November 10, 1935, the daughter of Lucien J. and Margarita M. Waeles Raes.
She married Marshall W. Perry on January 2, 1954; he preceded her in death on September 11, 2001.
Survivors include her children, David M. (Cathy L.) Perry of Columbus; Dan W. (Deana R.) Perry of Hope, Doneta J. (Stephen) Kelso of Columbus and Darrell G. (Jackie S.) Perry of Elizabethtown; grandchildren, Bradley Kelso, Brandon (Jenni) Kelso, Brittany (Brian) King, Travis Perry, Dustin Perry, Ryan Perry, Paige (Erin) Brown, Sarah Perry, Craig (Shawna) Perry and Chad Perry; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; brother, Denis Raes; and a sister, Deonise Smith.
