Wayne D. Repp, 62, of Edinburgh, died at 4:20 a.m. Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Wayne was a 1969 graduate of Columbus High School and retired after 30 years of service at Cummins Inc. After retirement, he worked part time at NAPA Auto Parts at Hope and Tri-County Auto Parts in Edinburgh.
He was a member of Old Union United Church of Christ, Edinburgh, and a member and past master of Edinburgh Masonic Lodge No. 100. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, hunting and building and working on street rods and participating in street rod tours and shows. He also was an avid Pacers fan.
Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh with the Rev. Kirby Rupp officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, followed by a Masonic memorial service at 8 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will be at Old Union Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Edinburgh Masonic Lodge No. 100.
Born in Indianapolis Nov. 5, 1950, Wayne was the son of Donald W. Repp and Doris Maxine Zigler Repp. He married Susan Meyer Oct. 30, 1970.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Dana Goddard of Edinburgh; a brother, John A. (Sue) Repp of Hope; a sister, Nancy K. (Denny) Meyer of Edinburgh; and two grandsons, Connor and Evan Goddard.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
