Antonia J. Costanzi, 50, of Columbus, passed away at Columbus Regional Hospital on Wednesday, July, 24, 2013.

Born in Columbus, Indiana, on December 5, 1962, she was the daughter of Nick and Sonja (Schofield) Costanzi. She was a 1981 graduate of Columbus North High School.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 3, at 1:30 p.m. at The Living Room Church, located at 14th and Sycamore streets. Inurnment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Living Room Church or Bartholomew County Humane Society.

Arrangements were handled by Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street.

Toni is survived by sons, Nathaniel Mullins of Seymour, Tyler Reynolds and Damon Estes, both of Columbus; sisters, Lisa (Rick) Ross of Columbus and Shannon Smith of Greenwood; a brother, Shane Costanzi of Columbus; and nieces and nephews, Shelby Ross, Jenna Smith, Kyle Ross and Brian Smith.
