Amber N. Stitt, 30, of Edinburgh, died Monday, Aug. 26, 2013, at IU Health Methodist Hospital.
Amber was a 2001 graduate of Edinburgh High School and was employed at Ditech Inc. in Edinburgh. She was a member of Edinburgh Wesleyan Church, enjoyed bingo and poker, walking and music. She also was a New England Patriot's fan.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Edinburgh First Assembly of God, 904 S. Holland St., Edinburgh, with the Rev. Larry Biddle and Pastor Paul Burton officiating. Calling will be at the church from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Arrangements were made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
Born in Columbus Aug. 16, 1983, Amber was the daughter of Randy Burton and Patricia Burton. She was raised by Jimmy and Denise Owens of Edinburgh. She married Kevin Michael Stitt.
Survivors include her parents, both of Edinburgh; a son, Isiah M. Stitt of Edinburgh; brothers, Charles Allen Denton of Edinburgh and Matthew Brady Owens and Jimmy Dale Owens, both of Edinburgh; and sisters, Miesha Jo Schofner of Edinburgh, Lilli Kate Owens and Brittany Jean Owens, both of Edinburgh, and Kiana Colglazier of Seymour.
