Andrew Carson Lazzell, 19, of Columbus died September 5, 2013 in Columbus.
He was employed at Toyota Tusho.
He loved baseball and basketball and was an avid IU, Colts and Yankees fan.
The funeral will be Tuesday at 11a.m. at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. Visitation will be Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be donated through the funeral home to the Bartholomew County D.A.R.E. program.
Born September 25, 1993 in Columbus, Indiana, Andrew was the son of Mark A. Lazzell and Sharon Brown Miller.
Survivors include his father of Hope; his mother of Mooresville; a son Brycen Lee Robert Lazzell and Brycen's mother Michelle J. Garrett of Columbus; a brother Tyler A. (Jonnelle) Lazzell of Columbus; two half-brothers Jeremy Wade Pierce II and Jacob David Pierce both of Flat Rock; and grandparents Larry and Marilyn Lazzell of Columbus and Sandy Brown of Mooresville.
Andrew was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Edward Brown.
