Annie Vay Perkins, 78, of North Vernon, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2013 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital in Charleston.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home with the Rev. Dale Boyd officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be at Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Madison.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Butlerville Mennonite Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Perkins; sons, Billy Cornett, Kenis (Jamie) Cornett, and Donald Cornett, all of North Vernon and Bill Perkins of Seymour; daughters, Brenda (Gary) Powers of Columbus and Elizabeth Frietzsche of North Vernon; brothers, Glen (Evadean) Webb and Joe (Nettie) Webb of Whitesburg, Kentucky, Johnny (Marilyn) Webb of Morristown, Tennessee, and Darlis (Judy) Webb of Garrett; sisters, Madge Howard, Margie (Donnie) Bryant and Wanda (Herman) Maloney, all of Garrett, Betty Stidham and Juanita (Jerry) Lucas, both of Whitesburg; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eugene Cornett, and a son, James Eugene Cornett.
