Crayetta Faye Tidd, 69, of Seymour, passed away October 28, 2013, at Indiana University Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.
Born December 21, 1943, in Scottsburg, IN, she was the daughter of Marvin and Ruth (Seals) Hazelwood. On November 10, 1962, in Crothersville, IN, she married Buddy Tidd, who survives.
Faye was a member of the Presbyterian Church. She was the former owner and operator of Hairbenders and Accents.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Bradley M. (Lawanda) Tidd and Brian S. (Pamela) Tidd; grandchildren, Breanna, Briar, and Brielyn Tidd, Maggie, Maeleigh, and Alexander Tidd; a great-grandchild, Kilynn Burton; and stepgrandchildren, Victoria Snook and Katherine Snook.
Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Saturday, November 2, at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. Bruce Cochran officiating. Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery with a Voss Dove Release.
Family and friends may call at Voss Chapel on Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
