Tanner A. David, 17, of Franklin, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2013. He was born May 30, 1996, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana, to Todd A. and Michele A. (Murphy) David.
Tanner was a senior at Indian Creek High School in Trafalgar. He loved riding his bicycle, four wheeling, playing the drums, going to concerts, the family horses, and music. His special love was his Dodge Ram diesel truck.
Survivors include his parents, Todd A. and Michele A. (Murphy) David of Franklin; a brother, Tad M. David of Franklin; maternal grandparents, Lonnie and Sandra (Weedman) Murphy of Poseyville, Indiana; uncles, Michael Murphy of Poseyville, Indiana, and Tom David of Cincinnati, Ohio; an aunt, Tina Miller of Cincinnati, Ohio; and a great-aunt and uncle, Jack and Melba Winkleman of Wadesville, Indiana.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gene and Jane David.
A service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Swartz Family Community Mortuary, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin. Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday and from 9:30 a.m. until service time Monday. Burial will be at Young's Creek Cemetery in Franklin.
