Martha A. (Tabor) Crouch, 77 of Columbus died at 9:07 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Four Seasons Health Care Center.
Mrs. Crouch was born October 27, 1936 in Nashville, the daughter of the late Roy A. and Nina (Hutchins) Tabor.
She married Curt E. Crouch April 3, 1954 in Madison, and he survives.
Along with her husband of 59 years, Mrs. Crouch is also survived by two sons, Alan D. (Marcia) Crouch of Salem, and Kevin E. (Kathi) Crouch of Flatrock; two daughters, Brenda S. (Noel) Green of Columbus, and Patricia K. (Steve) Pursley of Summerville, S.C.; a sister, Roselyn Strahl of Columbus; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Aaron) Carr and Ryan (Natalie) Green, both of Columbus, Craig and Megan Pursley, both of Summerville, S.C., and Abigail Crouch of Flatrock; and two great-grandchildren, Quinlyn and Jaxon Carr, both of Columbus.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Crouch was also preceded in death by a sister, Hazel White; and a brother, James Tabor.
Mrs. Crouch enjoyed flowers, gardening, traveling and shopping.
The funeral service celebrating the life of Mrs. Crouch will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Myers-Reed Chapel with Pastor James Pursley officiating.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Burial will be in Flatrock Baptist Cemetery in Columbus.
