Mary W. Taulman, 91, of Edinburgh, died at 4:40 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, 2013, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Taulman was a 1940 graduate of Edinburgh High School and retired in 1979 from Cummins Engine Co. She also formerly worked for Union Starch in Edinburgh and Edinburgh State Bank.
A member of Edinburgh United Methodist Church, she was a Sunday school teacher and sang in the church choir. She enjoyed flower gardening.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh with the Rev. Rachel Wann and the Rev. Kevin Reed officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Mrs. Taulman was born in Edinburgh Dec. 14, 1921, the daughter of Jasper Elsworth Williamson and Clara Jane (Coy) Williamson. She married Marshall Taulman Sept. 7, 1940. He survives.
Other survivors include a son, Larry (Alice) Taulman of Edinburgh; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Gerald Lynn Taulman; and a brother, Wayne Williamson.
