Loran D. “Red” Bailey, 86, formerly of Seymour, died Monday, Feb. 20, 2014, in Evansville.
Survivors include his wife, Rachel Browning Bailey; a daughter, Constance (Irv) Schnelker of New Haven; a stepdaughter, Marcia Ahlbrand of Evansville; stepsons, Eric Ahlbrand of Oxford and Rick (Julie) Ahlbrand of Evansville; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Avonelle Tillis of Green Bay, Wis., and Darlene Woodrum of Marion, Ohio; and a brother, William Bailey of Kearns, Utah.
He was preceded in death by a son, Rodger Dean Bailey.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel in Seymour with Steve Cherry officiating. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.
Memorial contributions may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church in Evansville or St. Jude’s Childlren's Hospital.
