Deborah K. Botts, 61, of Edinburgh, died at 12:54 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin.
She was a member of Whosoever Will Community Church in Edinburgh.
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Whosoever Will Community Church, 623 S. Eisenhower Dr., Edinburgh, with the Rev. Lewis Burton officiating. Calling will be from noon until service time Thursday at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Arrangements were made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
Born in Columbus Nov. 23, 1952, she was the daughter of C.B. "Bill" Merchant and Leda A. Burton Merchant.
Survivors include a son, Dennis G. Botts (Alicia Taflinger) of Edinburgh; a sister, Margie Myers of Hope; and grandchildren, Kailey Braxton Botts, Caleb Blaine Botts, Dennis G. Botts III and Aiden Lee Taflinger.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, April Denise Botts; a brother, Rickey "Jo Rickey" Merchant; and a sister, Valerie A. Rogers.
