Ronald Dean Hill, 75, of Ogilville, passed away at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Greenwood.
Ronald was born December 31, 1938 in Monroe County to the late Lark and Annabelle Sexton Hill.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Army National Guard. Ronald was a former employee of Cummins Engine Company, Camp Atterbury, and retired from Reliance Electric Company.
Ronald enjoyed cutting wood, cars, hunting, fishing, and loved spending time with his family and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday at Ohio Chapel United Methodist Church with R. Tom Hill officiating. Family and friends may call from 1p.m. until service time at the church.
In keeping with Ronald's wishes cremation is planned.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Chapel Church.

Ronald is survived by his children, Quent (Tammy) Hill of Edinburgh, Travis Hill of Ogilville, and Ellen (Mike) Richards of Edinburgh; grandchildren, Zach Hill, Chelsay Hill, Ethan Hill, Katie Richrds, Braydon Hill, Seth Hill, Makenzie Hill, and Payton Hill; brothers, R. Tom Hill of Columbus, and Randall (Donna) Hill of Columbus; sisters, Rosetta (Tom) Brown of Columbus, and Rachella (James) Baker of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents.
