Vickie Jo Cunningham Cox, 58, of Seymour, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2014 in Seymour.
She was born December 2, 1955, in Columbus, the daughter of Ruby Stewart Cunningham and Joe (Sher) Cunningham.
Vickie was a member of Community Church of Columbus. She was a very caring and giving person, as she was always willing to help others in need. She was the owner of Maverick Addiction Services in North Vernon. Vickie had a passion for horse therapy for children and was a member of Red Hats and Purple Chaps Riding Club.
She is survived by her parents; a son, Mason Cochran; a grandson, Aidyn Cochran; a brother, Bruce (Holly) Cunningham; two nieces, Carolyn Renner, and Samantha Haskins; and two nephews, Andrew and Aaron Cunningham.
Friends may call at Voss Chapel today after 4 p.m. with a memorial life celebration service at 7 p.m. The Rev. Don Morris will officiate.
All services have been entrusted to Voss Funeral Service and Tri County Crematory, both locally owned in Seymour.
Memorials may be written to Hospice of Schneck Medical Center or Angel Acres Horse Haven Rescue.
