Curtis A. Martin, 35, of Family Drive, died at 10:27 p.m. Sunday, April 13, 2014, at Columbus Regional Hospital Emergency Room.
Mr. Martin, an employee of Always Inn in Nashville, was a graduate and former band member at Columbus East High School. He enjoyed being with family.
The funeral will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Pastors John Young and Willie Davenport officiating. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until time of the service Monday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Mr. Martin was born September 20, 1978, the son of Roy L. and Paula D. Smith Martin. He married Angela G. Price on May 6, 2011.
Survivors include his wife; his father, Roy L. (Tina) Martin of Seymour; his mother, Paula D. (Rick Walker) Martin of Columbus; a son, Nathaniel Martin of Belleview, MO; stepsons, Allen and David Chandler, both of Columbus; a stepdaughter, Megan Chandler of Columbus; a sister, Jennifer Kimbler (Dewayne Rooks) of Columbus; half sisters, Amanda and Lisa Giles, both of California; several nieces and nephews; a grandson soon to arrive; and his dog "Babygirl."
