Betty L. Robertson, 77, of Bellsville Pike died at 9:10 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Betty was a homemaker and was formerly employed at CP Electronics and RCA in Bloomington.

A member of Harmony Baptist Church, Betty was an antique dealer and collector. She enjoyed helping her neighbors and friends, gardening and canning. She was proud of her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Jonathan Moore Pike with the Revs. Nelson Lee and Andrew Payton officiating.

Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. to time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana or Harmony Baptist Church.

Mrs. Robertson was born in Jackson County on April 19, 1937, the daughter of Clayton and Bertha Snow Mitchell.

She married Lloyd Robertson on March 31, 1956; he preceded her in death on February 11, 1985.

Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Jo Robertson of Columbus, Linda Sue (Michael) Voland of Nashville and Carol Ann Browning of Columbus; grandchildren, Lacey Voland, Leslie (Andy) Payton, Logan (Lydia) Voland, Andrea (Michael) Powell, Melinda Sue (Kyle) Day and Tristen Browning; great-grandchildren, Lottie, Keelen, Jayden, Lillyan, Makayla Sue and Landon; and a great-granddaughter, Paige Leigh soon to arrive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, Bill Mitchell; an infant brother; sisters, Jean Stockover and Lavern Mitchell; and a granddaughter, Carri Ann Jones.
