Wilma Jean Schnell, 80 of Fairview Drive, died at 7:05 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2014 at her home.
Jean retired from Art's Cleaners in 2013 where she had worked for 45 years. She was a member of Ohio Chapel United Methodist Church where she served on the Pastor Parish Committee and was a former Sunday school teacher.
She was a member of Model A Restorers Club, Mustang Club and was a 1953 graduate of Columbus High School.
The funeral will be conducted at 11a.m. Saturday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Paul and Wilber Key officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Ohio Chapel Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Jean was born in Columbus March 5, 1934, the daughter of Sylvester and Clara Murphin Jenkins. She married Ralph E. Schnell on October 31, 1953. He preceded her in death on May 8, 2004.
Survivors include her daughters, Vicki (David) McFarlane and Rebecca Lawless, both of Columbus; grandchildren, Jason (Chrissy) McFarlane, Jamie (Amanda) McFarlane, Alex and Emma Lawless; great- grandchildren, Elijah, Justice, Trinity, Clarity, Olivia and Chloe.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Alfred, John, Floyd, Bill and Charlie Jenkins; and sisters, Marg Dobbs and Betty Moore.
