Marjorie A. Worton Settle, 70, of Hope, formerly of Columbus, died at 8:45 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2014, at Miller's Merry Manor in Hope.
Marjorie retired from Developmental Services Inc. and was a member of The Rock Free Methodist Church.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Revs. Lane Loman and Brian Buterbaugh officiating. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to time of service Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Marjorie was born in Scipio August 12, 1943, the daughter of Morris E. and Fern M. Moore Headlee. She married Harold L. Settle on February 14, 1998. He preceded her in death on November 24, 2008.
Survivors include her sons, Jim (Amberly) Worton of Edinburgh and Jack (Carrie) Worton of Columbus; grandchildren, Zach, Logan, Hannah and Ryan Worton, Nathan (Laura) Worton and Bethany (Aaron) Green; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sisters, Joanne Roberts and Pat Geilker; and a son, Johnny Emmett Worton.
