Donna J. Rose, 81, of Queensbury Drive, died at 8:46 a.m. Thursday, August 7, 2014, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Donna was a homemaker, a member of First Baptist Church and enjoyed quilting, cooking and being with her family.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Dr. Daniel Cash officiating.
Family and friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday and from 12:30 p.m. to time of service Monday.
Burial will be at Hope Moravian Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.

Born in Greensburg, October 10, 1932, Mrs. Rose was the daughter of Ruby and Edith Robbins Burk.
She married George L. Rose July 22, 1951.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, George Rose; children, Pamela (Jeff) David, Stephanie (Dennis) Adams, Linda Foster and Phillip (Sonya) Rose, all of Columbus; a brother, Marvin (Marilyn) Burk of Columbus; a sister, Catherine Liebrandt of Clinton; grandchildren, Matthew (Renee) Adams, Daniel (Becky) Oliver, Michael (Heather) Adams, Christopher (Brittania) Foster, William (Emiley) Foster, Patrick David and Aiden Rose; six great-grandchildren and two soon to arrive.
Mrs. Rose was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Virginia Kitchen, Willa Lee Cochran and Dorothy Jean Burk; and grandchildren, Byron Oliver, Madison Rose and Montana Rose.
