David Eugene Wagner, 69, of Brownstown, died at 4 a.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at his residence.
David had been employed with and retired from Forrester Electric as a certified electrician.
He was a member of the Washington Lodge,#13, F&AM in Brownstown, the Indiana BeeKeepers and owner of Honeytown Farms. He enjoyed reading and in his younger days, he enjoyed skeet shooting.
Born January 16, 1945 in Columbus, Indiana, he was a son of Robert E. and Frances "June" (Brock) Wagner. On July 3, 1966 in Brownstown, he married Sally Reedy. She survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Melissa (John Ross) Wagner and Christina (John) Sunderman; a brother, Robert I. Wagner; a sister, Donna Jane Wagner; three grandchildren, Stephanie Zayann Sunderman, Ava Nicole Sunderman, Elizabeth Noelle Wagner-Ross
He was preceded in death by his parents
Visitation will be Friday, September 5, 2014 from 3 to 6:30 p.m.at Winklepleck-Weesner Funeral Home in Brownstown. At 6:30 p.m. Washington Masonic Lodge #13, will conduct a Masonic Service at the funeral home.
A private burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown, with Pastor Ralph Blomenberg officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Premier Hospice or the Simon Cancer Center at IU Medical Center.
