Michael Lee Johnson, 57, of Seymour, died at 5:27 a.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday at Mountain Baptist Church, 4604 U.S. 31 North, Seymour, with the Rev. Van Breeding officiating. Calling will be from 5 p.m. until service time Friday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the family.
Arrangements were made by Burkholder Funeral Chapel in Seymour.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his wife, Deborah Kay White Johnson; four children, Kerri Beth (Justin) Reynolds, Chris (Angela) Miller, Jason (Jennifer) Miller and Stacy Greathouse; his mother, Doris (Kenneth) Johnson; sisters, Rebecca (David) Stamper, Brenda Pennie and Cindy (Brian) Lanning; brothers, Richard “Heavy” (Kristan) Johnson and Shawn (Tracie) Johnson; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wyatt A. Johnson.
