Eugene Ernest "Gene" Reinhard, 85, of Plainfield, formerly of Columbus,died Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
A funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Susanna Church in Plainfield. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Edna Reinhard; a daughter, Ann Marie (Tony) Gehl of Knoxville, Tenn.; sons, Philip (Lana) Reinhard of Columbus, Joe (Jodi) Reinhard of Marion, Mark (Nita) Reinhard of Henderson, Neb., John (Susan) Reinhard of Woodstock, Ga., Luke (Joyce) Reinhard of Portland, Maine, Gene (Darlene) Reinhard of San Antonio, Texas, and Matt (Cindy) Reinhard of Indianapolis; brothers, Jerry (Irene) Reinhard of Fort Recovery, Ohio, and Dominic Reinhard of Celina, Ohio; sisters, Irene Gardner of Vienna, Va. and Ethel Bruns of St. Henry, Ohio; 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
