Louise Catherine Grider Shandik, 76, of Columbus, died at 1:46 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Calling will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street. Cremation will follow, with a private inurnment ceremony at Garland Brook Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Brenda K. (Jack) Holden of Westport; a son, Randy VanArsdale of Huntsville; a brother, Jim Grider of Missouri; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Barry L. VanArsdale.
