Stephen Michael Givens, 60, of Brownstown, died at 3:36 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Johnson Funeral Home in Vallonia with the Rev. Ben Durr officiating. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be at Vallonia Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Mr. Givens is survived by his wife, Rebecca L. Sommers Givens; children, Kerri (Justin) Reynolds of Seymour and Benjamin Joseph Givens of Brownstown; two grandchildren; and a sister, Cathy Givens of Indianapolis.
