Roy D. Raia, 89, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012.
He was born Feb. 6, 1923, in Indianapolis to Rosario and Lucia Raia, who preceded him in death. Roy was also preceded in death by his wife, Louise.
He is survived by his five children, Donald, Mary Payne (John) Thomas, James and Robert Raia; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Jordan-Gray Funeral Home, 2428 E. 10th St., Indianapolis.
