Juanita Thomas, 92, of Westenedge Drive, died at 4 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at her home.
Juanita retired from First National Bank and Columbus Regional Hospital. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and enjoyed sewing and doing word search books.
The funeral will conducted at 11a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Mark Teike officiating.
Family and friends may call from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.

Born in Shelby County September 20, 1919, Juanita was the daughter of Frank and Mabel Isley.
Survivors include her children, Kenneth McCarty of Hope and Connie Harmon of Columbus; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, James Forrest; her second husband, Graham Thomas; brothers, Harlan and Garnett Isley; and a son, Larry Forrest.
