The funeral for Max L. Boas, 73, of Fairfax Dr. was conducted Saturday at Community Church of Columbus with Pastor Chuck Coleman officiating.
Pianist was Jill Friedersdorf, soloist was Penny Hundley and special remarks was given by his sons Brett, Scott and Wesley and other family and friends.
Burial was at Holmes Family Cemetery in Medora with Bill Beck officiating. Pallbearers were Brett, Scott, Wesley, Charles and Austin Boas and Corey Carr.
Mr. Boas died Wednesday, July 11, 1012 at his home.
Arrangements were made by Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home.
