Barbara Ann Stultz, 66, of North Miami Ridge Road, died at 10:50 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2012, at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.
Mrs. Stultz held a master's degree and retired from the Indiana State Department of Health. She was a member of Fairlawn Presbyterian Church and Capital City Chorus.
A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at Fairlawn Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Ann Marshall officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fairlawn Presbyterian Church.

Born in Niceville, Florida, on August 31, 1945, Mrs. Stultz was the daughter of Newton and Sara Blackwell Saye.
She married James Robert Stultz on July 30, 1966. He preceded her in death on December 23, 2008.
Survivors include her daughter, Kim (Scott) Amrhien of Fishers; grandsons, Will and Zach Amrhien, both of Fishers; nephews, David (Michelle) Kixmiller of Nashville, TN, and Tom Kixmiller of Terre Haute.
Mrs. Stultz was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a sister Penny Kixmiller.
