Jack G. Mays, 76, of Commiskey, died at 8:50 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service with the Rev. Roger Hearne officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
He is survived by sisters, Barbara Derringer of North Vernon and Marlene Bohall of Commiskey; and brothers, Doug and Fred Mays, both of North Vernon, and Ron Mays of Vernon.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Lionel Dean, Bobbie Gene, and Larry Dean Mays; and a sister, Donnie Spicer.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Jennings County through the funeral home.
