Charles W. Welch, 55, of Butlerville, died Tuesday, July 24, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, at Sawyer- Pickett Funeral Home with the Rev. Mark Sorrels officiating. Calling will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Langdon Welch; his mother, Marie Welch of North Vernon; a daughter, Kaitlin Welch of Butlerville; and a brother, Gary Welch of North Vernon.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Kaitlin Welch Education Fund.
