PURPOSE: To recognize one woman from Bartholomew County for unselfish contributions toward creating a vital community and a high quality of life with an emphasis on long-term activity, hands-on work and diverse involvement.
ELIGIBILITY: Residents of Bartholomew County.
NOMINATIONS: Can be made by groups or individuals; once nominated, candidates will continue to be eligible; however entries can be re-submitted to update or add information. The deadline for 2012 entries is Sept. 23.
THE AWARD: Custom-made necklace; $2,000 to be awarded to recipient's charity of choice.
CEREMONY: October at Donner Center.
