Buncombe County man hauling debris from his home dies after he is pinned under ATV

SWANNANOA, North Carolina — Authorities say a 60-year-old man has died after he was trapped under an all-terrain vehicle at his Swannanoa home

Buncombe County deputies said David Galbreath was found dead around 1:30 p.m. Saturday by his wife and neighbor who were looking for him because he hadn't been heard from for a while.

Investigators say Galbreath was using the ATV to haul debris from his property when it flipped and pinned him.

Deputies have determined Galbreath's death is an accident.
