GILLETTE, Wyoming — A 28-year-old North Carolina man has been struck and killed by a train in northeast Wyoming.
Campbell County Coroner Laura Sundstrom identified the victim as Gregory M. Jones, of Charlotte.
Authorities say his body was found about 10:45 p.m. Tuesday on the tracks in Gillette.
Chief Deputy Coroner Steve Rozier says the incident remains under investigation but it's believed Jones was struck by a train before his body was discovered later by crew on another train.
Rozier tells the Gillette News Record (http://bit.ly/1G0BK7X ) that the time of death is still being determined and there is no indication of foul play.
