PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island — Brandon Sherrod made all nine of his field-goal attempts and scored 24 on Friday night to help Yale win back-to-back games against Brown and six straight overall, 90-66.

Sam Downey added 18 points on 8-of-11 shooting and Jack Montague scored 11 for the Bulldogs (11-5, 2-0 Ivy League). Yale beat Brown 77-68 at home last Saturday to open Ivy League play.

Yale closed the first half with a 17-6 run to lead 40-27. Brown (5-11, 0-2) traded baskets in the early minutes of the second, and then the Bulldogs pulled away to a 68-44 lead before the midpoint of the half.

Brown opened the game with a 10-5 lead before Yale took the lead with nine straight. The Bears tied it at 19 but never led again.

Cedric Kuakumensah had 13 points and eight rebounds, Corey Daugherty added 11 points and Tavon Blackmon scored 10.
