CHARLESTON, South Carolina — Three men have been sentenced to prison for their roles in the death of a Charleston teen shot to death as he slept in a car outside a nightclub last year.
Seventeen-year-old Marley Lyon was shot six times on June 16, 2012.
Thirty-three-year-old Julius Perrell Brown and 29-year-old Bryan Latrell Rivers were sentenced Wednesday to 28 years in prison for voluntary manslaughter.
Twenty-nine--year-old George Ellis Brown was sentenced to 12 years for being an accessory.
The man accused of firing the shots, 32-year-old Ryan Deleston was convicted of murder last month and sentenced to life in prison without parole.
