HOUSTON — Houston running back Arian Foster was inactive on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals with a groin injury.

It's the second straight week that Foster has been out with the injury. Foster is third in the NFL with 822 yards rushing this season.

Rookie Alfred Blue will start in his place after rushing a franchise-record 36 times for 156 yards in his place last week.

Also out for the Texans was cornerback Kareem Jackson, who has a knee injury. A.J. Bouye will start for him.

Inactive for the Bengals was linebacker Vontaze Burfict, who was out for the fourth straight game after knee surgery. Vincent Rey will start in his place. Running back Giovani Bernard was active after missing the past three games with an injured shoulder and hip.

No. 1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney was active for the second straight week after Houston's linebacker missed seven of the previous eight games with a knee injury and an illness.
