Arrest warrant issued in Spokane shooting; victim identified

SPOKANE, Washington — Spokane police say an arrest warrant has been issued for the suspect in a fatal shooting last Friday night.

Detectives previously said they were seeking 33-year-old Joshua Tillery and 22-year-old Tara Rader as persons of interest. KHQ-TV reports (http://is.gd/3a3wIK) that officers have since located and spoken with Rader, and she is not currently facing charges, but Tillery is wanted for investigation of second-degree murder.

Newly released court documents say Tillery and 33-year-old Devon Mack got into a fight and Tillery told him, "Don't make me shoot you."

A woman in the house went outside to call police, then heard a gunshot. When she came back inside, Mack was dead. Tillery reportedly said he didn't mean for the gun to go off, then asked Rader to get him out of there.

Rader and Tillery drove away, and Tillery is still at large. Police say Rader could face charges later.
