One of them was a 27-year-old man who was shot during an argument on the sidewalk around 4 a.m. Saturday.

According to the newspaper, the 16-year-old who was among the wounded was part of a group of people shot at by a gunman who approached them on foot in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood on the Northwest Side.
