Greek champion Olympiakos rallies from 2 goals down to draw 2-2 at Panionios in league


ATHENS, Greece — Newly-crowned champion Olympiakos came back from being two goals down to draw 2-2 at Panionios in the Greek league on Sunday.

Costas Mitroglou and Alejandro Dominguez scored within two minutes of each other to earn Olympiakos a point, after goals by Dimitris Kolovos and Olivier Boumale for Panionios.

With two rounds left, Olympiakos is 12 points ahead of Panathinaikos, which beat Xanthi 2-0 to regain second place from PAOK, which was held to a 1-1 home draw by Giannena.

Also, Platanias beat Panetolikos 2-0, Asteras defeated Panthrakikos 2-1 and Levadiakos beat Atromitos by the same score.
